We are ScinergyIA, the first Scion enthusiast club in the state of Iowa. We are a chapter of Scinergy Nationwide, the first free Nationwide Scion car owners’ club. We charge no dues, no fees, and require no donations of our members. Our club funding is derived from our club sponsor, Wilson Scion in Ames, IA, free will donations from our members and other friends of the club, and the occasional sale of items either donated to the club or created by the club.

We meet a minimum of once a month in locations that vary around the state. We also represent our club at parades and car shows in the Midwest throughout the year. Finally, we participate in the Scinergy Nationwide events.

Our club began as a group of interested individuals on the scionlife.com website forums on July 2nd, 2004. On July 10th we were offered a chapter of the Scinergy Empire and became the first in the Midwest to fly the Scinergy banner. Our first meet was on August 1st, 2004 and comprised of four cars. Joe, our first Emperor, showed with his Polar White xB, Roy brought his Black Cherry Pearl xB, Josh showed off his Black Sand Pearl xB, and Joe, our eventual club Vice President and web administrator, rolled in the Black Sand Pearl xA.

After 3 years we have become one of the premier car clubs in the Midwest. Our yearly show, the All Scion Show brings participants from thousands of miles distant and has become the largest Scion club show in the Midwest.
