I bought a set of factory head lights so I could mod them and take my time doing it.  My questions are:

1.  How long did you bake them to get them a part?

2a.  What did you do to seal them back up?
2b.  any leaks?

well im not greg, but i did do it myself.  i did the hammer method though and highly recommend it.     the "ifs" of having to bake your headlights to pull them apart and risk losing the seal, isnt worth it.   with a screw driver and hammer, it can be done quickly.       thats what i would do if i were you.

thats just my .02 on it.

youre just scared scotty haha i tried the hammer method and it sucks horribly at least that was my experance. Anyways 5-7 min in the oven around 250 maybe a little less, just if your worried check them to make sure there not melting.  Anyways ive done mine and ciscos and both have never leaked, you just heat them back up and squeeze them togther and when there cool just lay a then coat of clear silicone for safety. Have fun!

Thanks, I should get them next week and hopefully I'll have time to get them done next weekend.  I'll put up pics when I have them
