Well, the R/T is back up and running, complete with Quaife LSD  I'll be there Sunday, along with a friend who has a new 350Z, the bf will probably come too, but he'll probably double enter my car.  Steve, you better be coming, or I"ll kick your butt.  Everyone else, you too!

Uumm isn't the 8th on Saturday..... like this Saturday...cause today is the 7th...so this event is actually this Saturday, just checked thier website to make sure I wasn't imagining things.  can't say for sure whether I'm going, I'd like to but my wife laughed at the idea of me taking the box on the track, of cours she'd like to see her tC on the track...

Shit guys,  so apparently you were right and the event WAS today, Saturday.  They have almost always been on Sundays, and I was assuming that it was going to continue that way.   I'm really sorry, I feel really bad, and I hope no one is pissed at me.  I didn't get to go run, so I'm kinda pissed off at myself for not paying more attention.  The next event is in August and I'm DEFINETLY going to be at that one.  It's on the 20th, and it's a SUNDAY (like they are supposed to be).  I'll post a thread when it gets closer.  In the mean time...if anyone iwants to do anything tonight or tomorrow, now that I have my schedule freed up.......

On another note, there is a DMVR autocross at Sounthridge Mall next weekend.  I'm going to go, because I need a chance to see how my car handles with the diff before I run on the road course in two weeks.  Only the first 100 cars get in, so either you can preregister on the site, or show up and take your chances.   As always, watching is free.  Thiis will be a standard cone style course, and always provides learning for even the most experienced drivers.  I think costs are about the same.  It's less hard on tires than Marshalltown.   Anyway, here's their site  http://www.dmvrscca.org    Then you go to Solo Events and at the top theres a link to the schedule.  There's also one that day in Waterloo, but that's a bit far for my broke ass.
