So i have been lookin for the word Scion in the Japanese characters with no luck.(still searchin as i type this) I know its on the factory radio but those are just dots. I am lookin for a well defined image and a fairly good size. So if anyone can find this that would be great. Maybe one of you guys that works at a dealership would know where to look or know who to ask to find this for me. I would like to have this done before the August show in cedar rapids and no its nothing on my car. So if you guys can help id greatly appreciate it!

well this is gonna have to be absolutely right cuz its irreversible pretty much. is there anyone you can talk to alex that could get it and have it for sure be right? if you could that would be great. or if anyone else has some contacts that would know. also do they have outlines of the tc like they have for the XB's. like the one a lot of the XB owners have on there cars

Try posting your question on ScionLife. I am sure there is someone on there that will be able to give you an answer to the symbol question.

The english for it is "kouin". I'll see The Asian tonight. I think he reads some Japanese so I'll try to remember to pass this by him.

hey so i got a little farther with my search on scionlife.....actually talked to a guy that has done some kanji symbols on an xb saying scion. not sure if you got to talk to your friend and run those symbols by him or not alex. if he can read a little japanese maybe you could run the symbols i should be getting from this guy soon by him. here is a picture of the XB with the kanji on the side but hes going to send me a pic of just the symbols eventually http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f37/crispyxb/DSC034351.jpg [/url]

What you could do is just find some symbols you think look cool and say it says "Scion". Since not many people around here can read it, nobody would no the difference

Well, The Asian was a dead end, but Ken here in our detail department is apparently a Japanese major and claims he's a near native speaker/writer. So, I'll have him look it over today.
