I need out of my current job really bad, and if anyone can get me out, I honest to god will pay them $1000.  Thats not a typo...one thousand dollars.

R u saying media sux ? hahahahahhahaha i feel u man i am trying to get out of there for 3 years and so bad since november.

Well all i can tell you tho that u might want to try with robert half ........i had 3 calls and each of them was about an interview with different companies.

1 job i pass
i got 2 more chances to get a job and the jobs are about 15-19K more then i make now.....yes !! i swear dont lie!!

@ 1 i am still top candidate but position was still not approved by corps, and this new one that i just been interviewed a week ago , general manager went to vacation.....

the first job is contract for 6months then hire
second one is imediate fulltime! starting wage 49.600!!!

If you area taking at least 6 credit hours at a college, then you can come work out at the USDA lab in north Ames. I work out here currently, and it is quite a nice job. We make really good money for being students, we have a LOT of freedom and access to systems/servers, and you learn something new everyday.

If you are interested throw an app in at 1800 Dayton Avenue, and I will let my boss know to look at it.

can i apply too i am in NEED 2  :lol:

i am pretty sure what bothers u is the rules, and competition with others ? or ? btw if u do have problems and want something just talk to shane or talk to the supervisor i guess

Well, what bothers me is that im being paid 20% less than anyone else in the same sector for this area, the terrible hours/days off, the corp bs, the bosses, the idiots they hire, the shit we sell never working, the fact that they cant write a solid schedule to save their ass, the lack of communication between departments, and on and on.  Oh, and the fact that the last time I put in for tier 2 they actually illegally held the position open until a certain someone they liked (because he knows Excel...which is apparently really close to the CISCO they use in tier 2 :roll: ) had 6 months, so they could hire him.

If I talked to Shane about it they would find a way to fire me.   And sadly im not kidding in the slightest.  He is the biggest prick I have ever met.

Thats all true thats why i move up to network analyst , but i still get same BS but less then u do, i feel your pain.....see what i did before i entered my 14th application for tier 2.....i went to shane's office and ask him , ok what do i need to qualify for tier 2? well u got to work 6 months here, been there for 1.5 y....next...what education do u need to enter tier 2 , well As wouldn't be bad and also some advance troubleshooting, my answer i have more education then 85% of the call center + more then u do, next....why after 13th time i apply for tier 2 u always hire some idiot that work here for 3-5 months has HS diploma and knows shiT what i know ? .....well uh ohhh ahhh, joe just apply this time and ill see what i can do....

AND THATS IT!!!!!.........

they CAN NOT hire somebody that has LESS qualification's then you do , if they do u can sue them for discrimintaion towards you and management....

i would like to help you out but i still dont know what are your experties , also please check again rht.com and go to desmoineshelpwanted.com , try mercy hospital and now best time to apply for is at wfargo !!!! better benefits, schedule and pay........

hope that gives u some ideas what u might want to do....

btw if they do fire you, for asking just what u would like to do, u can still be on unemployment for next 6 months + earn 50-70$ less then u make now...in that term i would study every day for MCSE , CCNA ,A+ , NET+ or what ever cert you desire.............

that is just my opinion and what i acctualy did before i enter media........
