Good thing you had a couple of nice days recently Nick. Hope this weather holds for you and you don't have to move into the garage!

I am not for sure, but that gaping square on the dash looks like it is going to hold a LCD. If so, having it up that high will catch the attention of a cop in no time if you have it on while driving. That would be a pretty nasty ticket.

well i love to see that extreme stuff man but thats just plain stupid.
you'd have to take off the passenger air bag now which makes the car illegal to drive. which means i hope you have another street legal car.
The fine for driving a car without airbags is just huge but whatever man. looks sick

actually when i had just the skeleton up and the screen in it i drove by multiple state troopers.... got pulled over once only to have the trooper check it out.... he said the screens in cars are more common now... and he will only pull over the driver if he starts driving like a drunk... and he said most other troopers are the same way.... so if im obeying the rules then he hasnt a reason to pull me over.... and i checked the law on the airbag and your right it is illegal... but id rather it not be there than to smash a loved ones face with a lot of fiber glass.... and i do got a daily driver now!

well the only reason you'll be obeying is if its not on which totally defeats the purpose of it.

It is illegal to have a monitor on that is viewable by the people in the front seats unless it is only navigation. That is why there are e-brake switches for stereo replacements with screens in them. If you use that for anything but navigation while driving, it is illegal and you will get pulled over.

The fine for driving a car without airbags is just huge but whatever man. looks sick The only laws in Iowa about airbags basicaly say you have to disclose in writing upon sale that it is missing, inoperative, or defective (321.69) and you can't try to pass off an inoperative air bag as a good air bag (321.71A). You're legal.

Actually it is illegal to use a monitor for even navigatinal purposes, I had a computer in the s10 with a 13" monitor in a floor console, got pulled over for tint and ticketed for the monitor being on - even for navigation, Had a friend ticketed for a navigation only monitor about 6 years ago in his dodge stealth.
Nick I dont like a lot of the mods you do as far as taste is concerned but at least the work is decent - even though its not what i would have done - the work looks good.

pshhhh huxley wont pull me over for crap! haha they got that nice new tint meter and could easily test it on me but still havent. but warning to out of towners DO NOT SPEED THROUGH HUXLEY OR DO ANYTHING STUPID!
state trooper crusing through huxley yesterday on 69. watches me whole time so i check my rearview and what do i see....Brake lights and him pulling into gravel to turn around. Lucky for me I was close to my street so zipped down it and pulled into the garage and had enough time to get out and watch him drive by! HAHAHA!
ok done threadjacking but saw nick mentioned huxley and cops so couldnt resist.
