ok guys, we've had some hangout stuff and we've had some events, and we're talking about the retro game night.  What we really need to have is a Club Meeting.

So post up when your available and we'll get something planned.

things that need to be discussed. are general plans for the club for the next year, as well as other things yet to be determined.

OK so lets figure out when we can make this work...I'm kind of leaning towards a Sunday, probably the 21st or 28th.

Well 21st would work for me but the 28th is my B-day.  So unless you guys want to bring presents then I would say 21st.  Whatever though I can work things around it.

We should actually have a sit down meeting before we do dinner or whatever.  This probably means somebody's house.

We have a couple of serious things that need discussion and we need to do it without distractions.

I'm getting with Roy before the meeting to have an agenda put together.

If you care about the future of this car club you really need to make this meeting.  We will decide some things that could drastically change the way we work.

I'm always happy to offer up my place for a meet but size may be against us there.  The dealership conference room would be perfect, but I can't get us in there on a Sunday because nobody is around.  Any other suggestions?  I'll think on it too.

That would be one hell of a commute...

Anyway, Steve is checking to see if we can use the clubhouse at the TP for the meeting.  That would be about perfect for our needs at this meeting.

We should know within a few hours if that's doable.

Steve is waiting for a call back from the TP manager.  As long as the space isn't already booked it's ours.

I think we should plan on doing dinner afterward or something, but I want to do the meeting with no distractions of any kind so no, don't need to bring a damn thing!

Ok I got the good word and we are set for the clubhouse here on the 21ts. I will leave it to Alex or Roy to post up time and all that. I will get directions up some time tonight.
