Ok everyone our next official meet is Jan 21st in Ames at the Club house in Steve's Trailer park, we will be starting about 2:30. Steve will post up directions soon.
We have a lot to discuss, regarding the future of Scinergyia, our plans and of course the Scinergy Nationwide bylaws, I know there have been a lot of questions about them. Don't worry all questions will be addressed at the meeting. This is a very important meeting, so if you plan or want to continue to participate in Scinergyia, please be there
All concerns will be addressed including many that have been pm'd to Alex and myself, or called into us. Alex and I had a meeting today to discuss them and to plan out our agenda. This is an exciting time for the club so lets be ready to make some great plans for 2007.
After the meeting, we will do the traditional Scinergyia thing and go find somewhere to stuff our faces, and just enjoy fun and good times with fellow enthusiasts.

Guys,
First of all, hello. My name is Jake and I drive an 06 BSP tc. I just graduated from ISU and I am looking forward to getting into SCINERGY soon.
That said, I will be out of town the weekend of the 21st. Please let me know if anything goes down that I might need to be informed about.

Absolutely Nick and Jake!
I'll probably try to "Secretary" for this meet and do some real minutes to post up.
The importance of attending is to make your opinion heard on the topics of discussion. As always we will keep our members informed of all the cool stuff we're doing.
One thing that's important that I really want to tell everyone who has concerns for both this meeting and the new national bylaws: DO NOT expect drastic changes in ScinergyIA and the way we do things. The cliche is "we're not going to reinvent the wheel". That is particularly appropriate for us. Our club works. It works really well. None of us are of the opinion that we should change things for the hell of it.
I may even have a little pleasent surprise for everybody a week from Sunday. Still working on that though...
See you all there! Let's keep the rollcall going!
