If you may or may not know my hatch got stabbed with a screwdriver a small hole, when i had it repaired they had to paint the entire rear hatch... Guess what other mod i did... Sorry pictures are bad b/c night shot. Anyways it started a problem, my light that says that a door is open is on all the time now, however it is on only 1/2 as bright, when you open a door it goes to full brightness, the worst part is, it stays illuminated when the car is turned off. Are these LED's or bulbs in the panel? Also any idea how to get it to go off?

The picture of the light is with the car off, and no keys in ignition, and doors locked...

Dang man, I didn't know your box got stabbed.  That sucks.

As far as the problem with the lights, I don't know what to tell you.  The only thing I can think of is a sensor somewhere that is getting partially depressed.  I don't know how stuff works in the xB's though.  Good luck.

its going to be on the door jam..... itll will probably be like an inch wide by an inch and a half tall or close to that size and it will have  one flush mount phillips head screw in it!

yah, i know what it looks like, still not finding it anywhere. I think it might be in the latching mechanism somewhere...

The light was no on this morning, I think it might be cold related, lets just hope it stays off... Thanks Nick

Nick (but not Nick), I can't see the pics for some reason.

Hook me up with some details about what you did and I'll try to help you figure it out, okay?

Nice, looks like they did great work on that hatch.  I hope nobody else gets stabbed out there too!

If you have further problems with it, just let me know and I'll do what I can.

Great to hear about the Yaris!  You know sunroofs aren't my bag, but it looked pretty nice on hers.  I hope she likes it too!

Maybe talk to Cass about the radio stuff.  I'm sure he's had his apart already...

I think i can handle the radio, i used to do a home based install business in High School.  Cass, would the trd springs for the xb be the same as the trd springs for this? Im thinking of going lower on the box, and would heve the TRD's left over.
