VEISHEA Car Show

Where:  East Campus Parking Deck
When:  Saturday, April 21st
8:00 AM - 9:30 AM Cars Arrive; 1:30 PM Judging; 4:00 PM Dismissal
Entry Fee:  $15/Car or Truck

Street Class
Modified Class

VEISHEA is excited to offer this opportunity to show off your car or truck! VEISHEA Car Show trophies will be awarded to first place winners in each division. There will also be prizes and a VEISHEA champion shirt for the car that is declared "Best in Show!"

Due to the East Campus Parking Deck being on the parade route, vehicles must arrive between 8:00 and 9:30am, however this allows for you to sit near your car while you enjoy the spectacular VEISHEA parade, beginning at 10:40.  If you have a convertible that falls into one of the classes, and would like the opportunity to carry dignitaries in the parade, let us know by checking the appropriate box while registering. Trailer parking will be available in lot A4 north of Jack Trice Stadium. Register today to join us for a great car show and a fun VEISHEA weekend.

If you are planning on entering the car show please secure your entry by registering online. Divisions will be assigned on arrival. Walk ins will be accepted, but you will run the risk of limited availability.E-mail Adrian Richardson at adrianmr@iastate.edu with any questions.

Show is this Saturday and I'll be out there all day!  Anybody thinking of showing up the hot rod guys?

I pulled some strings to get imports allowed in this event so I really hope to see SOMEBODY out there representing!

I would be going to this event, but I got 4 free tickets to go see the Koni Challenge Seriese race at the Iowa Speedway this Saturday.

unfortunately I'm working this Saturday. So I won't be there, come on local Ames  members!  Hopefully someone can put in at least a small showing for us!

New bump in the trunk going in at 10 so dont think I will make it.  Might stop by though after.

Everybody showing will have a real good look at the parade too.  Nice bonus there!
