OK everyone, this is an advance notice!!  This year for the 4th of July, Bridgit and  I along with my Parents will have our xB's in the Local Garnavillo 4th of July parade.  We will be advertising her Wedding and Birthday cake business... What I'm asking is for as many of you guys, and gals, my club mates to come up and join us.  this parade is classic small town good times.  If we get enough people to come we can make it our July meet too.  there are some awesome roads for a fun cruise, and we can have a picinic at Pikes Peak state park.  So what I need is a sign up of as many as possible who can commit to comming up and being in the Parade with us... this town has hardly heard of Scions, let alone seen more than one at a time.

for info purposes, it takes about 3.5 hours to Garnavillo from Ames, and about 2 hours from cedar rapids.  Garnavillo is in the northeastern part of the state, not on the Mississippi River but very near it... 15 minutes from Prairie Du Chien Wisconsin.

July 4th is a Wednesday this year and I SHOULD have it off...we will see though.  That would mean I have the day after off too which would work pretty well.

I'm going to try real hard to get my car there and possibly the wife's too.

cool let me know, we  haven't registered for the parade yet!! the more the merrier, Bridgit and I have both taken the day AFTER off as well, that way we can stay and watch the fire works.

Bump, I got the paperwork in the mail yesterday to register for the parade, need the number of vehicals... who's gonna be there?

if the paint and body kit is on the sisters xb we should both be able to make it... with my car and hers.... but i need to make sure everything goes over well with the house  we are buying before i know if the paint will be done or not....closing dates are always fun on houses!
