Sorry about the "Hoooooo".  I got excited.  Anyway, ordered my tC, thought about the new xB but it doesn't agree with the wife and was therefor denied.  But I'm fine with the tC, and until that comes in I'm driving..... a tC.  Handy.  Loaded up the new one with everything I can get through the office ordering setup, all TRD parts, the 18 inch EMX rims, the Navigation.... pretty much anything that's actually useful.  It's not as fast as my old IS350, nor is it quite as nice build quality wise... but I'm not going to complain, it's a good looking car, it handles well for what it is, and for the money I can't think of anything else that offers what it has.

That's all I can think of for now.  Just thought I'd mention it.

No, I got rid of the IS350 because it was more than I wanted to pay at the time and my wife is getting ready to buy out a business... cash was the motivator there.  Plus I can only have one employee lease at a time.  It would be too expensive for me to pay for an early turn in on the IS350, so I sold it off to someone else in the company and was able to break away clean.  With a tC if I decide to turn in early the cost is more reasonable and it allows me to save up for the IS-F coming early next year.

I'm willing to appreciate any good car.  This tC will be my 19th Toyota product including a number of MR2s, Supras, and Lexus vehicles.  This is just the right car for me right now.

Biggest thing I miss from the IS was the Nav... the screen in the 08 Scion Nav doesn't hold a candle to the Lexus one, but I'm not going to complain much... it will still harp on me to get in the right lane.

Equipment list after my order... I nearly maxed out the options... think I only left off 2, it's so affordable I figured why not... Grin

Carbon Fiber engine cover
TRD Exhaust
TRD Front Strut Brace
TRD Rear Sway Bar
TRD Quickshifter
18" EMX wheels
Scion Navigation system
Pedestal spoiler
Blue LEDs
Sport Pedals
Carbon fiber dash (go 3M sticky tape! heh)
TYC tail lights
Ground Effect kit
Illuminated door sills (a first on a tC?)
Fog lights
XM

that's about it...
then the TRD springs are on the way, maybe the trd struts if I can swing it, the TRD thermostat, radiator cap, and drop in filter... huzzah!

It's about a billion dollars.  Actually it's pretty reasonable... about half of what my IS350 was!
