I was pretty psyched to have a new tC on the way and was quite happy with the one I've had since I got back to work.  Now it looks like I may be off to another job, one with more freedom, the ability to work from home, all the time off I want, and greatly enhanced income potential.  As a result at the point I leave Toyota my car on order gets sent to a dealer and I've got to return my current tC.  With that in mind I had to go get a replacement car.  I looked at a few options including xAs xBs and tCs but I found a hellacious deal on a car I've always wanted with a great engine.  So here it is my "new" car.  It's a 2001 Lexus IS300.  Handles great, 4 doors to make the wife happy, and that awesome 2JZ engine.

Is that car at a lot in CR?  It could be one that I worked on a while back.

Nope, I snagged it in Chicago and it was from a Chicagoland Lexus dealer originally so I doubt it made its way out to CR and back.  But hey who knows, anything is possible!
