So I went for the Joe mod.  Pretty happy about it too.  Expect us to host quite a few gatherings for the club this summer and into the future.  We got the room now!  Here's the specs.

We take possession March 20th.  Our home of the last 8 years that we have all loved goes up on the market the end of this week with JDR Group.  I'm hoping it sells quickly and I think it will.

We will have a housewarming probably in early April (after we come back from Cabo) and you will all, of course, be invited.  I'm sure we'll have a gathering there for ASS 5.0 too.

Hey congrats on new house! At least you don't have to work on it like i do lol.....

My first house was brand new my 2nd (townhouse) was forclosure i bought .........and I WILL NEVER EVER EVER BUY HOUSE THAT NEEDS WORK AROUND LOL>.... I am sure everything I put in will pay it self off but i am sick and tired of doing stuff to my new place and haven't moved in yet!!!!!! I thought i am always so close to finish but that finish is keep getting expended.
