Hey...

Court avenue is going under water. DSM didn't think about the water backing up through the storm drain system. Manhole covers are blowing off and water is flooding downtown DM.

From what I heard, they did block the storm drains, so the rain water runoff from downtown is what came through the manholes. Kinda damned if they do and damned if they don't.

yeah there is good chunks of CR that are flooded now and evacuated they even expanded the evac lines becuase the waters just keep rising

I'd heard both ends of the spectrum on where the water was from. First I heard rain water and then I heard backed-up river water coming from underneith.
