Yeah, I saw this and I really think it is a function of the drivers and not the cars.  Remember, Scion has the youngest demographic of any car company by at least 5 years.  Statistically, younger people get more tickets than older people so it would stand to reason that Scions would get more tickets.

I'm guessing the Hummer tops the list simply because of the drivers' mindset.
