Anybody out there ever had this?  A few weeks ago my keyless entry stopped working.  The Front Driver's door wouldn't fully unlock.  Hit it twice and all the other doors popped up but not the Drivers.  Thought it might just be the battery in the remote, so I hit the unlock button in the pass side door armrest and same thing.  Now to be fair, sometimes it works, but not enough that I can count on the remote.  Using the key works fine - one turn right/driver opens - two turns right/all open - one left/all lock.
Dealer wants $122 to take door apart and that doesn't count whatever needs fixing.  Is it worth it or should I just use the key from here on out?

I haven't had that exact problem, but something similar, my back passenger door will randomly quit locking with the remote for a while, then it will start working again, only difference is that when it doesn't work the button inside the car and the key won't unlock it or lock it... its a bad lock acuator, but I just haven't taken the time or money to fix it.. maybe yours is the same problem..

If its just the one door then I'd say its the actuator.  The door is super easy to take off and all you'd need to do is unplug the wire to the actuator and make sure power is coming to it.  122.  is a joke!
