I am just wondering how everyone got their scion's if you don't mind me asking...if you financed was it too much of a hassle?

financed and no.   took 4 days to check credit (while the xB was en route) and was ready to pick up the day it got in

I also have bad credit. The dealer got me financed through some no name group that charged me like 13% interest but I took it because I didn't care. Now I refinanced and have like 5.4%. My advice is to just get a co signer right off the bat and save some money. Then in a year or two refinance it and get it in your name. When I first got it financed it was for 7 years and my payment was 347 a month. Now it's for five years and it's 315. For all you wondering I had an extra 3,000 on the loan also. okay i'm done blah blah blah.

I got 4.8% and put like $4700 down on my tC.....pmts are $267.00. Lower payments = easier to save up for mods....w00t

I built my car online, applied for credit to purchase the exact tC I built, and the next day recieved an e-mail saying I was approved. I called the dealership, told them my deal, they put in the order (or whatever they do), and then 2 months later when my car arrived I picked it up. The only hassles were that I had to wait so long, and that for some reason my debit card wouldn't let them take the down payment out of my account, so I had to go get cash. This was last August, so I'm sure the wait is less, and just remember to bring money so there will be no hassles.

Went in and took a test drive then filled out the paperwork to order my xB.
Knew about the financing the next day, just had to wait for the release date (actually got it a week before the release in June '04)

We had 'bout 3k down at 4.1% = bout $250.00
