I'm good on location, that never matters to me.  I would request that we do the 19th or 26th, just to make sure my xB is here.  

Any other thoughts?

There is also the event at Seven Oaks Ski/Snowboard/Snowtubing in Boone (10 minutes form ames) on one sunday in feb. Alex knows the date of that, I thought that was going to be our meet.

I would prefer not to make the hockey game our meet, being its on a friday, there is no way I'm going to make it...also I suggest leaving that as a Scion event, the Scion thing at the ski place might be better for a meet oportunity, since it does seem like sundays work better for most people...

we have had the occasional sat evening meet, seems like everytime we hold a vote the voting always lands on sundays, but we have hat a few.. most of the major events are also on Saturdays, the Wilsons 3.0 for example in Ames....

I know there are a number of us who are stuck working most Saturdays..Sounds like you have the opposite problem and work Sundays...

Well, yes, the Cyclone Scion Night will be on the 10th and I really need to have some good participation from EVERYBODY that can make it out.  Wilson's and Scion both threw a bunch of money out for this one and I want to show our appreciation.

Also, we'll be doing our Snow Day at Seven Oaks on February 26th in Boone.  Still working out details on that one, but that's when it will be.

If we try to cram a regular meet in there too, I'm afraid it will limit participation at the events and I want to see lots of people both at the hockey game and in Boone.

Just my .02.
